Job summary

Johnson Controls, operating under the ADT brand, is seeking a Project Supervisor to join the Major Project Group. You will oversee site activities, coordinate health and safety, and manage subcontractors on large UK construction projects, partnering with the Project Manager to meet client expectations.

You will drive effective communication with clients and subcontractors, deliver on-time, and support continuous improvement of project performance while aligning with company safety standards.

Qualifications

• Essential: Driving licence.
• Essential: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Essential: People management skills with ability to develop and manage a team.
• Essential: Electrical background.
• Essential: Experience managing subcontractors on large sites.
• Preferred: ECS Gold Card or SSSTS certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on large UK construction projects within the ADT Major Project Group.
• Coordinate health and safety, programme management, site control and subcontractor management.
• Develop customer relationships and ensure on-time delivery and financial/performance targets.
