Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Project Manager to join the ADT Major Projects Group, overseeing major UK projects with a focus on cost management and delivery for key clients.

On-site leadership will require coordinating with clients and subcontractors, delivering on-time results, and maintaining health and safety standards. The role offers opportunities for growth within a global leader in building technologies.

Qualifications

• Driving license is required.
• Experience in the Fire & Security industry is essential.
• Customer-facing experience is required.
• Experience managing field teams is expected.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• People management experience, preferably in a field manager role.
• Ability to handle new and unexpected situations with a proactive and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee major UK projects with a focus on cost management and delivery.
• Maintain communications with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Provide day-to-day direction and coaching to on-site staff.
• Deliver projects on time and in line with strategy.
• Motivate and empower on-site teams to drive best practice.
