BMI Group in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Project Specification Manager for Flat Refurbishment to lead our growth in the North East of England. This is a home-based role with travel across the North East; you’ll manage site visits, deliver specs, forecast sales, and use SAP C4C CRM to keep the pipeline accurate.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director - Flat, this role is home based but will require travel around the North East of England.

We are seeking a driven, solution‑oriented Project Specification Manager to lead our Flat Refurbishment growth across the North East of England. In this role, you won’t just be selling products; you’ll act as a key technical consultant, integrating complete flat roofing systems and delivering our market‑leading SpecMaster guarantees to specifiers, architects, and main contractors.
