Job summary

Cleantech Impact Partners Ltd. is seeking an Interim Project/Site Manager to oversee hands-on delivery across Defence estate projects in South East Kent. You will own the full delivery cycle, coordinate pre-starts, site audits, handovers and maintain strict H&S compliance.

The role requires strong contractor and supplier management, together with effective stakeholder liaison and comprehensive project documentation. SC clearance desirable for the assignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Defence estates, Royal Engineers, construction or FM.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects and site activities.
• Strong H&S knowledge and compliance experience.
• Proven track record with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full delivery cycle across concurrent small to medium projects.
• Lead contractor, supplier and stakeholder management through to handovers.

Interim Project / Site Manager - Defence Infrastructure, South East Kent

c£320/day Inside IR35 | 6-12 Months | Active SC Clearance Desirable

Our client is looking to hire an Interim Project/Site Manager for a hands-on assignment supporting delivery of multiple small to medium construction and minor works projects across a Defence estate in South East Kent.

You’ll own the full delivery cycle, pre-starts, contractor and supplier management, handovers, H&S compliance, project documentation and stakeholder liaison.

You'll need:

• Background in Defence estates, Royal Engineers, construction, minor works or FM
• Strong project and site management experience across concurrent projects
• Confidence running pre-start meetings, site audits and handovers
• Solid H&S knowledge and compliance experience
• Track record managing contractors, suppliers and stakeholders
• Good project documentation and reporting discipline
• SC clearance desirable
