Project Site Manager (Engineering/ Facilities)

6 Month Contract

£300 - £450 Per Day + Mon-Fri Flexi-Time + High Autonomy + Site Based.

Commutable from Folkstone, Ashford, Hythe, Dover, Canterbury and surrounding areas

Are you an Project/ Site Manager with a background in Defence Projects, Construction or Facilities and M&E base knowledge, looking for to oversee site based technical projects from start to completion, within an industry leading construction/ facilities specialist?

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project/Site Manager with experience overseeing facilities and construction projects, M&E/ utilities related systems and managing teams of engineers/ construction workers to ensure end to end project and site delivery.

The company specialises in facilities management and technical projects including mechanical and utility systems and installation, electrical systems, plumbing and water based utilities all within defence based environments.

In the role you will be overseeing the full project lifecycle within a unique environment/ location, where you will take responsibility for day-to- day site operations from set up to completion and handover. Responsibilities will include HSE management, quality control and subcontractor coordination.

The Role:

• 6-month contract
• Oversee day-to-day site operations from site set-up through to completion and handover
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and organize meetings
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with regulations
• Manage sub-contractors, HSE standards and quality

The Candidate:

• Previous experience in a Construction/ Facilities Project and Site management roles
• Experience with Defence related projects an advantage
• Comfortable working a Contract position
