Job summary

360 Recruitment is seeking a Project / Site Manager for a major hospital project in South Wales. The role involves managing on-site works and coordinating flooring specialists to deliver the package on time.

You will read drawings, monitor progress, liaise with the main contractor, and ensure safety and quality standards. Permanent role preferred, freelance considered.

Qualifications

• Strong Site Management or low level Project Management experience.
• Previous experience working within hospital or healthcare construction environments highly desirable.
• Ability to read, understand and challenge construction drawings.
• Good understanding of construction sequencing and site processes.
• Computer literate.
• CSCS essential.
• SMSTS advantageous.
• Specialist flooring experience is not essential.

Project / Site Manager - Major Hospital Project

Location: South Wales

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance

I'm very to keen to speak with Main contracting level Site managers or Subcontracting level project managers who have experience workng in hospitals.

The successful candidate will oversee a specialist flooring package on site, working closely with the Main Contractor and managing the day-to-day delivery of the works.

The role will involve:

• Managing and coordinating works on site


• Overseeing Flooring specialist operatives and installation teams


• Reading and interpreting construction drawings


• Monitoring progress against programme


• Liaising with the Main Contractor and wider project team


• Ensuring works are delivered safely and to the required standard


• Providing progress updates and maintaining relevant site documentation

What we're looking for:

Permanent employment is preferred, although experienced freelance managers are also encouraged to get in touch.
