Job summary

Fluor Corp is seeking a skilled Scheduler/Planner in Dartford to develop and maintain an integrated master schedule covering design, procurement, equipment build, transport, and site installation.

The role requires fluency in CPM, experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project, and the ability to create client-facing schedule narratives with variance explanations. You will support Power BI dashboards for PMO reporting and manage schedule impacts from changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated master schedule spanning design, procurement, equipment build/FAT, transport, and site installation.

• Maintain critical-path visibility across concurrent equipment/tool installation packages and highlight interface risks between trades.

• Support digital dashboards (e.g., Power BI) integrating cost, schedule, and readiness data for client and PMO reporting.

• Model schedule impact of client-driven pauses, scope changes, or vendor delays, and support change-order justification.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Planning/Scheduling industrial, manufacturing, or process facility construction/installation programmes.

• Demonstrated fluency in critical path method (CPM)

• Comfortable producing schedule narratives and variance explanations for client-facing reporting, not just maintaining the file.
