Job summary

Fluor Corp in Dartford is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex capital projects within industrial manufacturing. You will establish governance, drive an integrated master schedule, and manage cost, change orders and risk across design, procurement, construction and installation.

The role requires experience running a PMO for brownfield or greenfield facility conversions, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on-schedule, on-budget outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish programme governance and control frameworks; run weekly project team coordination and design review meetings

• Build and maintain an integrated master schedule spanning design, procurement, construction and installation

• Operate cost, change order, and risk management systems; control change orders against agreed scope, schedule and budget

• Support early feasibility studies and option evaluation, including site/facility readiness assessments

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Industrial/manufacturing capital projects (battery, semiconductor, pharma/life sciences, automotive, or similarly complex process facilities)

• Demonstrated ownership of a program-level deliverable register (typically hundreds to 1,000+ line items) across multiple design disciplines

• Experience running a PMO for a brownfield or greenfield facility conversion involving tool/equipment installation
