Job description

A fast-growing sanitary product manufacturer in London, is currently recruiting a Project Sales Manager.
The ideal candidate should have over 3 years international B2B business development / project management experience with luxury interior products and working with designers.
Business level of English is required for this role.

TYPE : Permanent, full-time
HOURS : 9:00-17:00, Mon to Fri
SALARY : up to £60k, (base salary, depending on experience) + bonus
START : ASAP
LOCATION : London (hybrid working style, 3 days office)


PROJECT SALES MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Communicating the advantages and unique selling points of products to customers (Project dealer, Architects, Interior Designers, Hotelier, Hotel Operator, each individual hotel operation teams).
• Increasing awareness of the brand.
• Getting specification by strengthening relationships and co-operation with all customers to achieve continuous business development and high profitability.
• Competent and friendly advice to all customers to sustainably increase demand for our products
• Overall responsibility for all sales/specifications activities in the sales area for which you are responsible in coordination with your superiors
• Monitoring of sales, quality and quantity of specifications, turnover, cost and profit planning
• Close cooperation with the operational areas and departments
• Acquisition of new customers and support for existing customers
• Recognizing and tapping new potential based on own market analyses and observation of the competition
• Presentations at customer events and participation in trade fairs and events
• Establishing contacts with new potential customers
• Recording, updating and systematic analysis of customer data
• Weekly report based on KPIs and continuous registration of information
• The company reserves the right to assign the employee according to the abilities any other reasonable tasks, if necessary only on a deputy basis and/or also at a different location, with the same remuneration

PROJECT SALES MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
• Successfully completed specialized training in the sales sector or comparable technical sales training with at least 3 years of experience in field service
• Good network connection with interior designers is must
• Ideally knowledge of the sanitary industry
• Business level of English
• Contacts with trade and craft partners from the industry desirable
• Entrepreneurial behaviour, analytical skills and ability to work in a team
• Efficient and structured way of working, especially with regard to independent route planning
• 80% travelling within the sales region
• Driving license B
• High sales and empathic ability towards customers and colleagues
• Willingness to succeed and expand sales
• Team player spirit and cooperation, adaptability
• Proactivity and resilience
