Job summary

Involve Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team delivering significant rail and civil infrastructure projects across Wales. You will be responsible for commercial management on multiple packages, from procurement through to final account, ensuring contractual compliance and commercial success.

You will work with Project Managers, Site Managers and supply chain partners, taking ownership of cost control, forecasts and CVRs while managing

Qualifications

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor in rail/civil infrastructure.
Strong understanding of NEC contracts and commercial processes.
Ability to lead multiple projects and coordinate with clients and supply chain.

Responsibilities

Lead commercial management of multiple rail and civil projects.
Manage valuations, payment applications, forecasts and final accounts.
Prepare CVRs, cost reports and project forecasts.
Manage subcontract procurement, payments and contractual compliance.
Identify and manage change and commercial risk.
Administer NEC and Network Rail forms of contract.
Collaborate with operational teams to monitor cost, progress and performance.
Build relationships with clients and subcontractors; lead commercial discussions.
