Echo Project Services Ltd is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join our growing cost consultancy in London. You will work across commercial fit-out, refurbishment and high-end residential projects, delivering cost management from feasibility to final account.

Hybrid working from our Farringdon office, with direct client exposure and opportunities to take ownership of deliverables while developing your professional accreditation pathway. A competitive salary and bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• MRICS status or progress towards chartership is advantageous.
• Experience in pre- and post-contract services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare feasibility estimates, cost plans, detailed estimates and option appraisals.
• Manage project budgets and provide proactive commercial advice.
• Prepare tender documentation and advise on procurement strategies.
