WATES is recruiting a Project Surveyor to manage the commercial delivery of planned maintenance and refurbishment works for a major social housing contract in the West Midlands, with projects located around a 15 mile radius of the Walsall office.
The role focuses on subcontract procurement through to final account, supporting teams with commercial advice, and building strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners to ensure efficient delivery in line with contractual requirements.

As Project Surveyor, you'll be responsible for managing the commercial delivery of planned maintenance works from subcontract procurement through to final account. You'll work closely with operational teams, clients and supply chain partners to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, commercially and in line with contractual requirements.
This role is ideal for an experienced Surveyor who enjoys building strong working relationships, influencing project outcomes and taking ownership of commercial performance across a live social housing contract.
