You will manage the commercial delivery of planned maintenance projects, from subcontract procurement through to final account, working with clients, operational teams and supply chain partners to keep works on time, within budget and in line with contracts.

Working on an established social housing contract, you'll play a key role in the commercial management of refurbishment and planned works projects, helping to ensure works are delivered efficiently, commercially and in line with contractual requirements.

As Project Surveyor, you'll be responsible for the commercial delivery of planned maintenance projects from subcontract procurement through to final account.
You'll work closely with operational teams, clients and supply chain partners, supporting the successful delivery of works while maintaining strong commercial controls and positive working relationships.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership, influence project outcomes and become a key part of a growing commercial team.
