I am partnered with a major MEP Contractor who is seeking a career-driven Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team during a significant growth period. They are a market leader working on high-end projects in utilities, critical infrastructure, and process engineering sectors.

What You'll Do:

1. Support financial aspects of data centre projects, ensuring they stay within budget and schedule.
2. Manage procurement, subcontractor agreements, and cost reporting.
3. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution.
4. Provide accurate cost forecasts, risk assessments, and final accounts.

The Person:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in quantity surveying, specifically on MEP packages.
