As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will prepare and manage forecasts, budgets, and financial reports across various projects, negotiate and manage contracts, oversee procurement processes including subcontractor management, and collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to provide cost advice, risk assessments, and support.

Required Skills / Experience

• Experience in the themed or creative sector is advantageous; however, experience in construction or fit-out is essential.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors.
• Minimum of 5+ years of Quantity Surveying experience.
