We are currently recruiting a Managing / Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor with significant experience in Mechanical and Electrical systems to support and grow our M&E cost management team in Wales and the South-West. This role offers opportunities to lead our MEP services regionally and across the UK, working on projects across various sectors including infrastructure, education, healthcare, and more.

Responsibilities

• Perform full quantity surveying and cost management duties.
• Provide pre and post contract advice ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Offer expert MEP cost advice on complex projects.
• Mentor and guide supporting staff.

Requirements

• Experience or interest in business development activities.
• Technical expertise in Mechanical and Electrical systems and their costs.
• Proven track record in delivering MEP cost management services.

• Skills in feasibility, cost planning, procurement advice, and tender documentation.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Experience working with clients, consultants, and contractors as part of a busy team.
