About the Role

We are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the Scotland region. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary, with options for a Company Car or Cash Allowance. The role involves working on projects across the Central Belt area, Inverness, and potentially wider locations such as East Dunbartonshire, Ayrshire, and Stirling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial information to meet the needs of both the customer and Morgan Sindall, ensuring accurate financial reporting and managing subcontractor accounts.
• Support the achievement of commercial targets through effective financial management.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to provide or obtain the right to work in the UK.
• Full UK Driving Licence for site travel.
• Experience as a construction Project Quantity Surveyor or seeking to advance in your commercial career.
• Qualification at SCQF Level 10 or equivalent (e.g., Degree).
• Experience in placing subcontract orders, managing subcontractor accounts, and ensuring timely payments.
• Client-facing experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor.
• Ability to complete and submit applications for payment and invoices.
• Good planning and time management skills.
• Preferably working towards RICS accreditation or aiming to achieve it.
• A passion for delivering high-quality construction projects.
