Job summary

Nicholas Associates, Milton Keynes, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support commercial management on civil infrastructure projects. You will handle procurement, variations, final accounts, and monthly reports, collaborating with project and site teams.

The role requires NEC contract knowledge, experience with sub-contracts, and a strong financial mindset, with an emphasis on delivering value for major infrastructure schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering and infrastructure.
• Good knowledge of NEC contracts and Section 278 highway infrastructure works.
• Experience with sub-contract management, valuations and final accounts.
• Strong background working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills.
• Relevant QS qualification or equivalent experience.

An excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established infrastructure contractor, supporting a portfolio of civil engineering projects

The Role

About You
