The role requires accredited professional qualifications and on-site measurement experience, with a focus on NEC3/JCT contract environments and leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in build projects.
• Accredited by RICS/CIOB/ICES.
• Experience in onsite measuring.
• Familiar with NEC3 Option A and JCT contracts.
• People management experience.
• Strong communication and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive and takes initiative.
