You will be supporting the business units with Capital projects, process, and continuous improvements. What you’ll do:

• Work with the plants in development of Capital Appropriation Requests, developing solid project scopes and Capital Appropriation documents.
• Develop adequate documentation to justify proposed investments according to company procedures, define project scope, prepare project budget, and establish project schedules.
• Take responsibility for all stages of projects from development through to delivery, ensuring EHS and Quality requirements are captured throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create detailed ESOW/URS, manage tendering and supplier selection, resource, time, and cost management, and oversee contractors and FAT/SAT processes.
• Support project execution by coordinating development, procurement, installations, commissioning, formal handover, and project closure.
• Develop Milestone charts and manage/tracking of capital projects to meet budget and deadlines.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of related Project Engineering experience or equivalent.
• Background in an FMCG Manufacturing Environment (Food, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Personal Care, or similar).
• Exposure to Continuous Improvement and/or Lean Manufacturing or Lean Six Sigma.
• Good processing systems knowledge with the ability to develop and interpret P&IDs.
• Proficiency in MS Office packages, including Microsoft Project; knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
