Job summary

Aqua Consultants Ltd. is seeking a skilled Project Administrator to support governance, performance monitoring and delivery of our project portfolio.

The role provides portfolio analytics, commercial oversight, project assurance, and management information to support informed decisions across the Business Unit. You will collaborate with Project Analysts, Project Managers, Finance and the Business Unit Director to ensure projects align with commercial commitments and governance requirements,

Qualifications

• Strong administration and organisation skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Administer projects from setup to closure, including documentation and invoicing validation.
• Provide regular performance reports and KPI analysis to leadership.
• Monitor contract governance and ensure PO compliance.
• Support WIP, invoicing status, aged debt, and revenue recovery risks.
