Job summary

The Project Analyst supports governance, performance monitoring and delivery of the project portfolio, providing portfolio analytics, commercial oversight, project assurance and management information to enable informed decisions across the Business Unit.

A key part of the role is proactive analysis of project data to identify risks, opportunities and ensure resource, profitability and governance requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Experience with portfolio analytics and KPI tracking.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Financial-modelling and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain portfolio dashboards with performance metrics.
• Monitor project financial performance and margins across the lifecycle.
• Lead and develop the Project Administration team.
• Ensure governance, risk management and WIP controls across the portfolio.
