Job summary

Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a Project Officer (Resident Safety Support) to join our Building Safety Regulation team. You will reach out to residents, understand their needs, and arrange for assessments to ensure evacuation plans are in place for service-adjusted residents in higher and medium-risk buildings.

This hybrid role requires meticulous record-keeping, GDPR-compliant handling of sensitive data, CRM experience, and the ability to coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing full administrative support (invoices, purchase orders).
• Confidentiality and handling sensitive resident data in a compliant, transparent way.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong organisational skills.
• Experience using a CRM system to manage cases.
• Knowledge of building safety or fire safety in housing, incl. PEEPs.
• Experience supporting vulnerable residents or customers.

Responsibilities

• Analyse service adjustment data to identify residents in scope of Residential PEEPs.
• Contact residents and schedule PCFRA assessments.
• Maintain auditable records of communications and PEEPs.
• Support team with desktop audits, data reporting and processes.
• Raise purchase orders and process invoices; take minutes.
