Job summary

Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is seeking a Project Officer to support the Associate Director of Capital Development in planning, procurement and delivery of the Trust's Capital Programme and major Estates projects.

You will manage construction, engineering, refurbishment and compliance projects, working with clinical services, Estates teams, contractors and consultancies to meet timescales, budgets and NHS standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the Associate Director of Capital Development in planning, procurement and delivery of the Capital Programme and major Estates projects.
• Manage budgets, tender evaluations, contractor coordination and project documentation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ensure compliance with NHS guidance, Building Regulations, Fire Safety and Health & Safety requirements across schemes.
