Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Estates/Capital Projects professional to join the team in Milton Keynes. You will lead the long-term capital programme, develop schemes, and use CAD tools to design and plan improvements across healthcare facilities.
You will chair design groups, provide expert cost and programme advice, and help implement policies to support hospital growth and patient care.
You will need a significant appropriate experience and hold a relevant qualification in the Built Environment. Experience and competency in using CAD supported by relevant qualifications is considered desirable for this post. The team currently uses BricsCAD v17.
