Belfast City Council is seeking a candidate for a permanent, full-time post to lead mechanical services refurbishment projects across council assets. The post holder will report to the Assistant Programme Manager (M&E Projects) and will coordinate design, delivery, and monitoring of projects within statutory requirements.
The role involves providing full mechanical design services, producing design packages for procurement, and managing projects in line with the RIBA stage plan.
