Our public sector client requires an Information Technology - ICT Project Officer.
Hybrid, 75% home 25% office (Lewes)
Updating complex excel spreadsheets from multiple data-sets, creating/auditing of data
Coordination of events/assistance with iPhone setup/collection with possible travel to hub buildings in East Sussex buildings
Excellent Communications skills (written/verbal)
Key Tasks
1. Support the programme of work pro-actively and positively to achieve the delivery of the programme in accordance with the programme plan.
2. Liaise with internal teams and the Project Team to coordinate workshops, meetings and training in accordance with instructions and book meeting rooms.
3. Assist with facilitation of workshops and meetings.
4. Liaise with other departments, as necessary to chase progress, including with senior officers.
5. Maintain cost and project plans, resource plans, risk and issue logs, and other project documentation as directed by Project Managers.
6. Obtain and collate information and maintain and develop complex Excel spreadsheets for planning which is essential
7. Analyse data and communicate it appropriately to a variety of audiences.
8. Provide administrative support and assist Project Managers in monitoring & reporting progress of project activities and budgets as required.
9. Handle queries from customers and other stakeholders relating to the project.
