Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Project Officer to support its Asset Management function in a hybrid role based in Liverpool or Carlisle or London. The fixed-term contract spans 24 months, with 35 hours per week and competitive pay.

The salary is £34,642.36 per annum, rising to £38,116.09 after 12 months subject to performance, with sponsorship limitations noted. The role focuses on project delivery, planning and administration to support asset rationalisation and growth strategies across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality bid documents and service level offerings by strict deadlines.
• Carry out research, data analysis, process redesign and IT system development to support asset management.
• Prepare and maintain project plans; monitor progress and escalate risks.
• Produce and present project information for boards and forums, including risk/issue logs and milestone reports.
• Assist with securing resources to deliver outcomes and escalate resourcing issues to meet budget and timelines.
• Provide mentoring and training to internal stakeholders to address knowledge gaps.
• Contribute to publications for residents and colleagues to report progress.
• Assist with budgets and processing payments for contracted works, ensuring robust cost controls.
• Maintain accurate asset management records and data for regular analysis and reporting.
• Manage enquiries and provide clear, signposted guidance and escalation where needed.
• Develop, maintain and strengthen internal/external stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with Group policies, procedures and statutory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
• Adapt to changing priorities and undertake other duties to support operations.
• Ensure data protection and health & safety requirements are met.
