Job summary

Riverside Housing Limited in Liverpool seeks a Senior Programme Officer (Assets) to lead regional asset management activities. Qualifications

• Experience in customer focussed Asset Management.
• Proven track record delivering stock rationalisation and acquisition programmes, ideally within the housing sector.
• Thorough understanding of project management methodologies.
• External stakeholder management, including consultation events for customers / staff nationally to deliver key messages and updates.
• Evidence of using sound judgement when making effective decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with central Asset Management to deliver regional works and rationalisation strategies.
• Support stock rationalisation and growth by analysing options and conducting consultations.
• Manage stock transfer programmes, including tenant consultation and legal completion.
• Deliver home ownership programmes and report on budget and performance.
