TipTopJob is seeking a Project Officer for Wotton-under-Edge to coordinate day‑to‑day activity across a range of community, public realm and facilities projects linked to the Town Plan.

WottonAEUR'underAEUR'Edge Town Council is strengthening its capacity as it prepares for future responsibilities and rising expectations. As part of this, we are investing in project delivery and looking for a Project Officer who can help coordinate and support a wide range of community, public realm and facilities projects linked to the Town Plan and the Councils work programme.
This is a practical, deliveryAEUR'focused role at the heart of the Councils improvement work. You will coordinate dayAEUR'toAEUR'day activity across multiple projects, helping keep work on schedule, resolving practical issues and ensuring clear communication with councillors, colleagues, contractors and community groups.
You will support public realm improvements, small capital works, community initiatives, events and facilitiesAEUR'related projects, maintaining project documentation, tracking budgets and preparing clear updates for committees and working groups.
You will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer, the Estates Team and partners to ensure projects run smoothly, risks are identified early and opportunities are acted upon. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organising activity, working with people and seeing tangible results from their work.
Experience in local government or supporting public realm or facilities projects is helpful, but what matters most is your ability to organise activity, work constructively with others and keep projects moving.
