Corus Consultancy is seeking a Project Officer to support the Renters Rights Act reform programme in Waltham Forest. This part-time role (22 hours per week) involves delivering specialist research and handling complex enquiries, with duties spanning planning, data management, and stakeholder collaboration.

Applicants should understand the Renters' Rights Act and Homelessness Reduction Act 2017, with prior project management experience in large organisations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Renters' Rights Act and Homelessness Reduction Act 2017.
• Experience managing projects within a large organisation, delivering on time, budgets and quality.
• Experience working with internal and external partners.
• Experience engaging with residents from diverse communities.
• Strong report writing, communication, organisational and analytical skills.
• Good IT, presentation, literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Location: Waltham Forest

Hours: Part-Time 22 Hours per Week

Pay Rate: £26.04 per Hour (PAYE)

• Provide specialist advice and recommendations based on research, analysis, and evaluation of information.
