Job summary

your Jared is seeking an experienced Project Officer to support the implementation of the Renters' Rights Act. The role involves delivering one of the major housing legislation changes, working with a Local Authority to drive the programme forward from Leyton.

Key responsibilities include delivering the implementation programme, providing housing guidance, developing procedural documentation, and reporting on progress to stakeholders while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Qualifications

• Experience within Housing or Homelessness services.
• Strong knowledge of the Renters' Rights Act and Homelessness Reduction Act 2017.
• Previous project delivery experience.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident producing reports and analysing data.
