Job summary

RSE is seeking a Project Manager to join the Asset Operations and Maintenance division in West Thurrock on a full-time, permanent basis. The role covers oversight of small to medium multi-discipline projects for water and power utilities across the UK.

You will lead trades and apprentices, coordinate design and construction activities, and ensure delivery meets safety, quality, and client requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree / HND / HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven track record in Project Management within engineering or supervisory roles.
• Strong time management and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to explain technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients from enquiry to final acceptance and documentation.
• Direct and allocate work to Trade Operatives and Apprentices with focus on quality and safety.
• Ensure technical information is available for design/construction delivery.
• Interpret drawings and specifications; prepare as-built drawings and final docs.
• Identify and resolve non-conformances during design and construction.
• Manage design of systems and products aligning with specifications.
• Procure goods and services and prepare estimates/quotations.
