Job summary

Medius is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations of cloud-based spend management solutions for customers across national and global markets from our Manchester hub. You will be the primary client contact, driving project success within scope, time, and budget.

You will own multiple concurrent customer projects, managing delivery risks and stakeholder expectations, while staying hands-on with the applications to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing customer-facing software or SaaS implementation projects.

Job Overview

As a Project Manager with Medius Professional Services, you’ll lead end-to-end implementations of our cloud-based spend management solutions for customers across national and global markets. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, driving project success through clear communication, strong collaboration, and effective delivery within scope, time, and budget.

You will take full ownership of multiple concurrent customer implementation projects, independently driving activities, making day-to-day decisions and resolving challenges with minimal management oversight. You will proactively manage delivery risks, customer expectations and project outcomes, taking accountability for successful delivery.

Your work will combine classic project management with hands-on involvement in our applications, ensuring you deeply understand the solutions you’re helping to deliver.

• General understanding of IT systems and willingness to travel occasionally to client and/or company sites.

Preferred

• Experience implementing software or cloud-based SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with spend management or S2P/P2P processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Infor M3.
• Experience working within a Professional Services environment, managing customer implementations, project budgets and commercial scope.
