Weston College is recruiting a Project Manager for its Technical Excellence College (TEC). Based in Weston-super-Mare, you will lead Higher Education development projects that support growth, enhance provision, and align with strategic aims.

You will identify new provision with partners, oversee apprenticeships and short courses, and mentor staff moving from industry to teaching. You will work with senior leaders and curriculum teams to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Be Educated to Level 6 or above.
• Have experience of teaching at Higher Education Level.
• Have significant experience of managing complex projects or programmes.
• Have the ability to analyse complex information and track multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage Higher Education development projects that support growth, enhancement and long-term ambitions of Weston College's Higher Education provision.

We are looking for someone to join the team as a Project Manager

• Technical Excellence College, working on a full-time basis.

In this role, you will lead and manage Higher Education development projects that support the growth, enhancement and long-term ambitions of Weston College's Higher Education provision.

The postholder will be responsible for identifying and developing new provision with strategic partners.

This will include apprenticeships, short courses and other relevant qualifications which meet regional skills needs.

The Project Manager will also be responsible for mentoring and supporting staff new to teaching, especially those transitioning from industry to teaching.

Working closely with senior leaders, curriculum teams and external stakeholders the postholder will enhance the quality of provision and ensuring compliance with quality assurance processes.

To be successful in this role you will need to: Be Educated to Level 6 or above.
