Your focus will be on leading projects that bring our brand vision to life within physical stores.

Welcome to Trinny London!

Here at Trinny London, we’re changing the face of makeup and demystifying skincare, and we're only just getting started. Founded in 2017 by Trinny Woodall, Trinny London is challenging people all over the world to rethink their routines.

We have achieved tremendous growth since 2017 and we’re proud to be one of Europe’s fastest-growing beauty brands. We’re generating millions of sales by developing innovative products, acquiring hundreds of thousands of supporters and customers all over the world, and more importantly, building a talented and motivated team to support our fantastic growth.

Our Values

We live by three core values: we bring fearless passion, we act with smart intent and we all wear yellow. We always go the extra mile, working together to push boundaries and celebrate our wins and learnings as a team. We listen to every idea, big or small, and make considered decisions. We support each other to achieve our goals and thrive on collaboration.

The Role

Your daily to-dos might look like this:

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with design, retail, construction, marketing, and external partners to deliver exceptional store experiences.
  • Manage Approvals: Lead the process of securing necessary approvals from retail partners.
  • Monitor Progress and Quality: Track project milestones, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Problem-Solve Effectively: Identify and address project challenges to keep things moving forward smoothly.
  • Communicate Clearly: Provide regular project updates to all stakeholders.
  • Guide Design Implementation: Partner with design teams to ensure store designs reflect the brand's identity and objectives.
  • Oversee Construction: Manage the construction process to ensure projects are completed to specifications and within budget.
  • Facilitate Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between teams, vendors, and management.
Requirements

These skills will help you go far in this role:

  • Proven Project Management Expertise: Solid experience in project management, ideally with a focus on retail environments.
  • Beauty/Fragrance Industry Experience: Experience working on shop builds for beauty or fragrance brands is highly desirable.
  • Retail Approval Know-How: Demonstrated success in navigating and managing the approval process for retail stores in diverse settings.
  • Excellent Time Management: The ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple deadlines with ease, and work at a fast pace.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
  • Strong Planning and Detail Orientation: Exceptional project planning, time management, and an eye for detail, along with a vision for maximizing space and commercial opportunities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Confidence with Google Drive and Sheets.
  • Relevant Education: Education or qualifications relevant to project management or store design.

We love to hear from anybody interested in Trinny London! Although it’s useful to have the skills listed above, we’re always eager to hear from ambitious people looking for their next challenge.
