Job summary

Phoenix Community Housing is seeking a Project Manager to lead decarbonisation and safety initiatives in our social housing portfolio in Lewisham and beyond.

You will coordinate internal and external partners to deliver contracts on time and within budget, driving EPC Level C by 2030 while piloting low carbon heating technologies and ensuring high-quality outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in social housing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building safety principles and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Excellent organisation skills and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of decarbonisation projects including piloting low carbon heating technologies.
• Ensure contracts are delivered on time, within budget and to the expected standard.
• Work with internal and external partners to deliver building safety improvements and EPC Level C by 2030.

At Phoenix Community Housing we are looking for a Project Manager, someone who has a good understanding of building safety principles in a social housing environment. You could be the individual who can assist in achieving our Energy Performance Certificate Level C for all of Phoenix's homes by 2030. This role will suit you if you are adept at working with internal and external partners to ensure that contracts are delivered on time, within budget and to the expected standard.

We are searching for someone who can lead and manage the delivery of decarbonisation projects including piloting low carbon heating technologies working on our roadmap to net zero emissions. If you are an experienced Project Manager, who enjoys working in a customer focused environment dealing with customers from a variety of backgrounds, this could be the role for you. Excellent organisation skills and a collaborative approach will be essential to ensure this important work stream is delivered effectively.
