Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced Site Manager for social housing decarbonisation projects in Milton Keynes. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure safety and compliance, and coordinate subcontractors for retrofit works including Solar PV, ASHP and insulation.

Responsibilities include liaising with residents and clients, maintaining records, and delivering projects on time. A valid NVQ in Site Management, SMSTS and CSCS are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven site management experience in social housing, refurbishments, or energy/decarbonisation projects.
• SMSTS certification and CSCS card required, NVQ in Site Management preferred.
• Familiarity with SHDF or PAS 2030/2035 retrofit standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations across social housing properties, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence.
• Supervise sub-contractors and trades installing Solar PV, ASHP, loft insulation, and cavity insulation.
• Enforce health and safety standards and maintain compliance logs.
• Be the primary on-site contact for residents, clients and trade teams.
