Job summary

Invision Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager for industrial/new-build projects around Bristol and the South West. The role covers day-to-day delivery, subcontractor coordination, and ensuring safety and quality across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will manage project teams, drive programme compliance and collaborate with the Project Manager to deliver on time, within budget and to the required standards.

Qualifications

• Proven Site Manager experience in industrial/new-build projects.
• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid valid.

Site Manager - Industrial New Build

Location: Bristol / South West

Salary: Up to £50,000 + Package

Employment Type: Permanent

We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established construction contractor for a permanent Site Manager position based in and around Bristol.

The business is delivering a growing portfolio of industrial and logistics developments, with project values typically ranging from £5M to £25M. Due to continued growth and a strong forward order book, they are looking to strengthen their delivery team with an experienced Site Manager.

This role would suit a Site Manager with strong new-build experience who is looking for a permanent position and is comfortable travelling to different projects when required.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of industrial new-build projects, coordinating subcontractors and site teams while ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

You will work closely with the Project Manager and wider construction team to ensure all aspects of the build are effectively coordinated and delivered.

Requirements

• Proven Site Manager experience within the construction industry
• Industrial, logistics, warehouse or commercial new-build experience
• Experience delivering projects in the £5M-£25M range desirable
• Valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
• Strong understanding of construction methodology and site management
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
• Willingness to travel to projects across the region
