IBM Consulting UK FutureNow seeks seasoned delivery leaders to drive Agile/hybrid projects from inception to live deployment across public and private sectors.

You will manage governance, budgets, RAID logs, and stakeholder relationships with senior civil servants and client leadership, while guiding cross-functional pods of designers, researchers, and engineers. A strong track record in public sector tech transformations is essential.

Formación

• Hands-on Agile/Scrum or Waterfall delivery experience.
• PRINCE2, PMP, APM, or CSM preferred.
• Active UK Security Clearance (SC/DV) or immediate eligibility.
• Core Skills: Commercial acumen, executive stakeholder management, and multidisciplinary team leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Delivery & Governance: Lead Agile/hybrid project lifecycles from inception to live deployment. Manage RAID logs, scope, and delivery timelines under public sector governance.
• Commercial & Financial Control: Track budgets, SOW compliance, resource utilization, and project margins.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the main delivery point of contact for senior civil servants and client leadership.
• Team Leadership: Foster high-performing, cross-functional pods (service designers, user researchers, engineers) in a collaborative environment.
• Consultancy & Public Sector Experience: Proven track record in client-facing consulting and delivering public sector tech/digital transformations (GDS/CDDO frameworks).
• Clearance: Active UK Security Clearance (SC/DV) or immediate eligibility.
