Job summary

IBM Consulting UK FutureNow seeks a delivery leader to drive hybrid cloud and AI projects for public and private sector clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage governance, and deliver high-impact programmes from inception to deployment.

Applicants should have public sector consulting experience, hands-on delivery in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall, and active UK security clearance or eligibility. BPSS checks may apply.

• Consultancy & Public Sector Experience: Proven track record in client-facing consulting and delivering public sector tech/digital transformations (GDS/CDDO frameworks).
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum or Waterfall delivery experience.
• Active UK Security Clearance (SC/DV) or immediate eligibility.
• Core Skills: Commercial acumen, executive stakeholder management, and multidisciplinary team leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS).
• An additional range of Personal Security Controls referred to as National Security Vetting (NVS) may apply, this could include meeting the eligibility requirements for The Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV).
