Job summary

Falconsmartit is seeking an experienced Project Manager for SAP SuccessFactors in London. The role leads end-to-end delivery across SAP SuccessFactors programs, including S/4HANA initiatives, with strong governance and multi-vendor coordination.

The successful candidate will govern stakeholder expectations, manage cross-functional teams, and drive delivery excellence using predictive, Agile, or hybrid models. Hybrid work with 4 days in the office is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors projects end-to-end.
• Strong governance and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multi-vendor environments.
• Experience with data migration, UAT, and cutover planning.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA implementations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors projects from initiation to closure.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.
• Act as primary contact for business stakeholders and teams.
• Manage cross-functional SAP teams and third-party vendors.
• Oversee onshore/offshore delivery models and governance.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and steering updates.
• Manage risks, actions, issues, and dependencies with mitigations.
• Ensure data migration readiness, UAT, cutover, and go-live support.
• Control budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.
• Ensure internal controls and quality standards compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned.
• Develop project charters, business cases, and stakeholder registers.
• Define and manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resources.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute project plans.
• Monitor performance with KPIs, dashboards, and earned value metrics.

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end to end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors programs, including S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support engagements. The role requires strong leadership, SAP domain expertise, and the ability to manage complex, multi-vendor environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors projects from initiation to closure using SAP Activate / ASAP methodologies
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria
• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical teams
• Manage cross functional SAP teams including Finance, Procurement, BTP, CPI, Basis, and Security
• Oversee onshore offshore delivery models and third-party vendors
• Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and steering committee updates
• Manage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure data migration readiness, UAT planning, cutover execution, and go live support
• Control project budgets, forecasts, billing, and financial tracking
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned, and best practices
• Initiate projects by developing project charters, business cases, and stakeholder registers
• Define and manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resource plans
• Lead cross functional teams to ensure successful execution of project plans
