Job Description

SRG is seeking a sales and marketing project manager for a multinational consumer goods and personal care corporation that produces primarily paper-based consumer products. This role involves supporting and leading key projects within the marketing team, focusing on innovation pipelines, operational management, and driving world-class GTM excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of marketing projects, from initial brief to final delivery.
• Create and maintain project timelines and resource plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, consumer engagement, performance marketing, supply chain, and customer service.
• Monitor project performance and report on key milestones and KPIs.
• Identify potential risks and resolve issues to ensure projects stay on track.
• Maintain brand consistency and quality across all marketing outputs.
• Coordinate initiatives with interdependencies, communicate effectively, and prioritize projects across brands for efficiency.

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG marketing.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience, with at least 3 years in marketing or innovation, demonstrating successful project management.
• Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and fluency in English.
• Proven project management capabilities, including leadership and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Track record of delivering results and making impactful contributions in previous roles.
