Job summary

Think Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Birmingham team, delivering fit-out and refurbishment projects from pre-start to handover.

You will manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams, ensuring projects are on time, within budget and to high standards. SMSTS/CSCS preferred, with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction or fit-out.
• Experience in commercial, healthcare, education or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project delivery.
• Good commercial and contractual awareness.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple projects/priorities.
• SMSTS and CSCS preferred.

Location: Birmingham

Salary: Up to £55,000 + Company Car or Car Allowance

Job Type: Full-time

We are a growing fit-out and refurbishment contractor delivering projects across the commercial, healthcare and education sectors.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Birmingham team and take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from pre-start through to completion.
