Job summary

Hill McGlynn Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager for retail fit out and refurbishment projects, based in Canterbury with work across London, Kent and surrounding areas.

You will lead multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to high standards, while coordinating site teams, clients and consultants. A strong focus on safety, quality and commercial awareness is essential, with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's experience as a Project Manager within the retail fit out and refurbishment sector.
• Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Computer literate - able to use a variety of systems and automations.
• Good commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
• Full UK driving licence.

Location: Canterbury (Projects across London, Kent & Surrounding Areas)

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Package

Hill McGlynn Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established retail fit out and refurbishment contractor to recruit an experienced Project Manager, based out of Canterbury and delivering projects across London, Kent, and surrounding areas.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple retail fit out and refurbishment projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
