You will act as a central contact, build strong client and internal relationships, and drive commercial performance, process improvements, and visibility across the portfolio.

You will manage timelines, budgets, governance, and risk, while sustaining proactive communication with stakeholders and ensuring project profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in pharma, biotech, or scientific services.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise.
• Excellent communication to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience using PSA systems and Gantt charts for project tracking.
• Commercial awareness with budgeting and cost control understanding.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage clear project plans, timelines, and resource schedules.
• Run project kick-offs and coordinate regular client and internal meetings.
• Keep project documentation accurate and up to date.
• Be the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates and manage expectations on deliverables and timelines.
• Identify and manage risks and issues with structured logs and registers.
• Ensure governance processes and contractual requirements are met.
• Monitor budgets and track actual versus planned effort.
• Update systems and dashboards to give real-time project insights.
• Prepare concise progress reports for stakeholders and clients.
• Support continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices.
