Job summary

Quotient Therapeutics seeks an experienced project leader to translate scientific strategy into end-to-end drug development plans. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across discovery, translational medicine, biology, and development strategy, while managing budgets and external partners.

You will drive governance, risk management, and readiness for key milestones, reporting to the CDO. UK or US site-based role with potential for hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in biological sciences or related field is required.
• Significant experience (5–10 yrs) in drug development within pharma/biotech.
• Knowledge of drug discovery, regulatory strategy and clinical development.
• Experience with PM tools and governance processes.
• Formal PM qualifications (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate drug development strategy into integrated project plans across functions.
• Monitor progress, identify interdependencies, and drive mitigation plans.
• Lead project team meetings and maintain decision logs.
• Develop governance-ready dashboards for Exec team and Board.
• Coordinate budgets and forecast resource needs with Finance.
