Job summary

Go Fractional is seeking an experienced Programme/Project Manager to lead a dedicated delivery team around a key partnership in London. The role is client-facing with a consulting feel, requiring you to establish and embed a multidisciplinary team and coordinate delivery across internal functions.

You will manage milestones, dependencies, risks and budgets in partnership with Finance and Legal, ensuring blockers are removed swiftly and stakeholders remain aligned.

Qualifications

• Must have delivered consulting-style projects for life sciences clients (pharma, biotech or healthcare).
• Experience setting up and embedding a client team to deliver a large project.
• Experience working in a scale-up and building structure where there isn’t much yet.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the integrated delivery plan for the account: milestones, dependencies, risks and resourcing.
• Bring together the right people from across Genomics and get a new team working as one, fast.
• Run the delivery rhythm with the partner, including status meetings, reporting and a clear route for escalations.
• Work with Finance on budgets, forecasts and commercial milestones, and with Legal on scope and contract changes.
• Spot blockers early and clear them before they slow the team down.
• Keep senior stakeholders informed, aligned and confident.
