You will manage projects from pre-construction to handover, lead site teams and subcontractors, and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project Manager.
• Steel frame construction experience is advantageous.
• Hotel project experience would be beneficial.
• Civils and groundworks knowledge is desirable.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre-construction through to handover.
• Lead site teams and subcontractors to deliver safely, on time and within budget.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Drive programme, quality and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
