Job summary

Bigblue UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a £25m luxury hotel development in Windsor. You will own delivery across the programme, budget, and site coordination, guiding stakeholders and consultants from early mobilisation through to handover on a live site.

The role is freelance, requiring a proven track record in hospitality projects, strong programme and risk management, and the ability to navigate listed-building constraints while keeping the project on time and within

• Proven track record delivering hotel or high-end hospitality projects.
• Strong background in construction project management on £20m+ schemes.
• Confident managing programme, risk, budget and subcontractor relationships.
• Experience working in a live environment and with listed buildings is beneficial.
• Working knowledge of civils packages would be a strong plus.

I’m working with a quality-led main contractor delivering a £25m luxury hotel scheme near Windsor.

They need an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on delivery, overseeing programme, budget, stakeholder management and site coordination through to handover. It’s a high-profile scheme, so you’ll need to be comfortable managing complexity and keeping a wide range of stakeholders aligned.
